HOW TO VOTE
ELECTION DAY IS APRIL 23rd, 2024!
Democracy, reproductive freedoms, and the rights of working people are on the ballot in the race for Pennsylvania Attorney General – Eugene has your back.
Make sure you have a plan to vote in the April 23 primary election.
VOTING BY MAIL
Time is running out to return your mail-in ballot if you’ve received one. Return your mail-in ballot soon to make sure your voice is heard!

WHERE: Ballots must be returned to your county board of election office, designated drop box or drop-off location.

Check your county’s website for more information on where to drop off your completed ballot.

WHEN: Ballots must be received by 8PM on the day of the primary, APRIL 23. Ballots must be received by election day to be counted, so make sure you get your ballot in the mail at least three days before the election.
VOTING IN PERSON
If you plan to vote in person in the 2024 primary election:

WHERE: Find your polling place and make a plan for when you’re heading to the polls.

WHEN: Polls are open from 7AM to 8PM. As long as you are in line to vote by 8PM, you will be able to cast your ballot.
CHECK YOUR VOTER REGISTRATION STATUS

WHERE: Check your registration status using your name, your PennDOT Driver’s License, or PennDOT ID.

If you’re not registered, it only takes a few minutes to register online for the primary election at vote.pa.gov/register

You can also register to vote by U.S. mail or at certain government agency locations, such as a PennDOT Photo License and Driver’s License Center.

WHEN: Whether you’re voting in person or by mail, to be eligible to vote in the April 23 primary, you must be registered to vote by APRIL 8.
APPLY FOR A MAIL-IN BALLOT
Since the election is very soon, you may want to consider voting in person, or dropping off your mail-in ballot at your county elections office, rather than sending it through the mail.

WHEN: To receive a mail-in ballot before election day, your completed application must be received by the county office before 5:00 PM on APRIL 16.
